In my opinion:

Honestly, I haven't read any of the Fablehaven books but I am familiar with Brandon Mull so I knew this cookbook would be amazing. And I was right. Since receiving the cookbook, I started listening to Fablehaven Book 1 performed by E.B. Stevens. The narrator is excellent and does all the voices perfectly. 

The cookbook is awesome and includes a never before published story about the Fablehaven woodland brownies called A Fablehaven Adventure: The Missing Brownies. The recipes include breakfast, lunch and snacks, midsummer's eve, treats, drinks, Brandon's favorites, and crafts. My daughter has already tried making the Fairy Toast recipe and she loved it.

Now that I'm on Chapter 10 of Fablehaven Book 1, I am familiar with the recipes. I'm excited to try Shadow Charmer's Hot Chocolate Draught and Dale's Fairy Milk. This cookbook was beautifully designed and full of yummy treats. I highly recommend his stories as well as this cookbook. Well done Brandon and Cherie!!!
