I love to plan ahead especially for big holidays like Halloween. I know...I know...it is still July but before you know it Fall will be here and I'll be super happy. After all, it is my favorite season. Sure Summer is fun but right now I can't really go anywhere and I don't live near a beach so I welcome the Fall with open arms.
With that said...I was able to review a beautifully made costume for my daughter Elizabeth. If you are new to Sweetly Made (Just for you), I'll give a short intro of my daughter's condition. She has epilepsy (seizures) and Microcephaly (meaning a small head). So, she is very much developmentally delayed. She is now two years old and can't sit up, walk, talk, and any other thing a two year old can do. But, she is the sweetest girl ever and we love her so much.
Anyway, I decided since my other daughter, Olivia is going to be a ladybird (oh I mean ladybug) that Elizabeth should be one as well. Ladybird is the common word for ladybug in England and since I'm married to a Brit, I say it from time to time. So, I chose the darling Little Lady Bug Romper costume. Isn't she cute?

I love shopping early for Halloween costumes. It gives me a chance to breath when October comes around. Plus, I didn't have to take all of my kids into a store and stress out. Three kids is way different than two.
Also, I love checking out Wholesale Halloween Costumes on my computer. I get to take my time and usually can find what I'm looking for. In this case, I wanted a ladybug to match my other daughter's costume which used to be Elizabeth's costume. It was super easy to navigate their website and I had the right amount of choices so it wasn't too overwhelming. Plus, I wanted something soft and easy to put on my daughter.
I came with the Polka dot body, wings and a headband. The body felt like a thicker piece of felt and tied in the back. It was easy to get on. It wasn't super soft but it will work. I was most impressed with the headband because it actually fit my daughter's head. And it was soft and seemed to stay on. All I had to get were the black tights and black undershirt which I had already. I actually used a button down sweater which you can't even tell. Overall, I was pretty happy with the choice I made and know she will make an adorable ladybug. Also, the price was just right and they always have sales. The price for this costume was $16.09 instead of $26.99. What a steal!
I know Halloween isn't here yet but it always is better to be prepared than stressing at the last minute. So, I recommend that you Like WHC on Facebook and check out their website.
