In my opinion:
This book is a love letter about the true meaning of Christmas. I think we need more books just like It's not about you, Mr. Santa Claus because that is what Christmas is really about. This was a sweet story letting Santa know about the birth of Jesus Christ. I have a feeling Santa knows all about it but just in case, a child wanted to share the story with him. The pictures were delightful and the story outlined the nativity perfectly. I enjoyed this story. It is a little long for younger children but I'm sure you could paraphrase to keep the attention of your child. Also, if you purchase Soraya's book, the proceeds will go to a child in physical need so I definitely recommend that everyone purchase this cute book.
