Wiggles feature film. Stay tuned!
In Cassie's Opinion:
I
was excited to see the new Wiggles DVD since I had last sat down and watched it
with my now seventeen year old son many years ago. This time I watched it with
my six year old daughter. She loved the songs and was entertained during the
whole movie. I was surprised that I knew most of the songs and was singing along
with the Wiggles. The Apples and Bananas is a great movie for young children,
grandparents and parents too.
The second DVD is
Octonauts: Deep Sea Mission (NEW)
About:
"Dive
into adventures with your favorite underwater explorers, the Octonauts! Join
brave Captain Barnacles, daredevil ex-pirate Kwazii, and medic Peso Penguin,
along with other Octonauts as they explore the world's oceans, rescue the
creatures who live there, and protect their habitats - above and below the
waves!
On
this exciting DVD, join the Octonauts as they explore the hidden depths of the
Midnight Zone! Peso must conquer his fears to treat a Vampire Squid! Dashi and
Inkling go head to head with hungry Gulper Eels! Then, Barnacles, Kwazii and
crew must rescue sea creatures before an underwater volcano erupts!"
In Cassie's Opinion:
We
really enjoyed this DVD. I love how my daughter was learning all about
sea creatures while she was watching the show. The show is adorable and the
characters loveable. Perfect for the Preschool age (and older).
In Emilee's Opinion:
I admit I'm a huge fan of the Octonauts. And, I get excited waiting for my DVD to arrive. Octonauts: Deep Sea Mission is my third DVD and I can't get enough of them. And, my four year old feels the same way. He loves watching the Octonauts. In fact, we watched it twice in one day. Sometimes, you need a little break from playing with toys to explore, rescure and protect with these amazing Octonauts. Honestly, each of the Octonauts DVD's are quite entertaining. So, it isn't just for children, it is also educational as well.
I asked my four year old what he liked best about this DVD and he said, "I liked the Vampire Squid." My favorite episode was the Blobfish Brothers. What I liked about the Octonauts is that they are always trying to help others. This DVD offered a wonderful message about thinking of others and trying to serve them.
I'm also a fan of NCircle Entertainment and I'm not just saying that. They have executed some educational and outstanding DVD's and I'm grateful I had the opportunity of reviewing them. If you haven't had a chance, check out www.NCircleEntertainment.com. I highly recommend them!!!

In Emilee's opinion:
I always love a new show to watch with my
son, Eli. I was thrilled to review The Cat in The Hat especially because
I'm a huge fan of Dr. Seuss. I also have plenty of Dr. Seuss books.
This movie was fun and enjoyable. We learned about seasons and they were
combined into two categories, Fall & Winter, Spring & Summer.
Also, I actually liked the songs. They were catchy and I often found
myself singing along. It was nice to hear a familiar voice such as
Martin Short as the Cat in the Hat.
I always thought that the Cat was a trouble
maker but when you really think about it, he makes learning fun and
exciting. He had great ideas and even though the Cat said "It's okay if
we try this...," the children knew better and always asked their mother
for permission. There were a lot of good teaching moments. I enjoyed
watching The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That and highly recommend
it.
