Mother’s Day
is coming soon! Are you planning to surprise your mom? That’s
a great idea! To run it successfully; you should start by thinking about the
table decoration. Here, I will present a few ideas for your Mother’s Day table
decoration to really impress your mom and please all the family.
The first idea that I came up with was to make a menu for our mom.
What does your mom like on her menu?
Our mom likes the typical all American meal…steak, a baked potato with sour cream, peas, caesar salad, and lemon meringue pie.
First, design a menu listing your mom’s favorite items.
I used Photoshop Elements but any idea works. Your kids might want to make a homemade menu or use chalk paper found at your local craft store.
Second, find out what your mom’s favorite color is. Our mom likes the
color red. I used a red damask table liner, and red and white plates. It is
also important to have flowers on the table. What is your mom's favorite type of flowers? Our mom likes roses so we would
use roses at the table. You can also coordinate the gifts and cards in the same
colors that she likes. Make it personal.
Your mom will really appreciate it. This is a time to recognize your mother. We really appreciate our mom and her support she gives to each of us.
