In Emilee’s opinion:

This was a cute story about a whale named Oscar and his mother. He always knew his mother was there when he saw two shadows on the ocean floor.  One day he got distracted by a school of stingrays and got lost. When he find his mama again? Who will help him? Oscar got caught in a net but he can’t seem to wiggle his way out. Some divers were near and helped rescue the poor scared whale. He thanked the people by doing a fun Thank you dance. What a wonderful story of love. I loved that it was based on a true story. I thought it had real meaning. The illustrations were simple and pretty. I definitely recommend reading this cute book to your kids. And the real story is included so you can teach your kids about helping animals and others around us.
